One North Charleston Virtual Unified Develoment Oridnance (UDO) Community Kick-Off

The city is updating its zoning and development rules to create a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) – which will guide growth and development for generations to come! Join us at this virtual project kick-off meeting to be a part of shaping the look, feel, and character of North Charleston. Hear about the project, meet the project teams, and learn about how you can stay informed and involved. This meeting will be an online version of the in-person meeting that will be held on June 2, 2026 from 6:00-7:30pm at the City Athletic Center, 2nd floor Mezzanine at 5794 Casper Padgett Way.
